How Zyro AI handles your account data, interview audio, and resumes — and why none of it is ever used to train AI models.
Introduction
Zyro AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information across our website and desktop client application.
Data Collection & Processing
- Account & Auth: Account credentials (email, name) are processed securely via Supabase Authentication.
- Audio & Speech Data: Real-time microphone audio is processed strictly in-memory for Whisper speech-to-text transcription and immediately discarded.
- Candidate Context & Resumes: Resumes and preparation notes are parsed locally and stored securely in your account's isolated database storage.
Zero AI Model Training
We guarantee that your private interview transcripts, audio feeds, resumes, and custom preparation materials are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models.
Data Retention & Control
You retain full control over your session logs, analysis reports, and audio clips. You may delete individual session archives or request full account deletion at any time from your account settings.
